The Jehovah’s Witnesses Wrong Teaching of John 1:1!

Read About The Most Misunderstood Scripture within Christianity!

The Jehovah’s Witnesses correctly understand Jesus is not GOD and that GOD the Father is GOD ALONE.

But what do The Jehovah’s Witnesses say, believe and teach about John 1:1.

Lets have a look!

Their own translation reads:

As we have read and seen, how The Jehovah’s Witnesses say, believe and teach how John 1:1, is referring to Jesus.

And their own translations says Jesus is (a God), and NOT THE GOD.

Lets now see if The Jehovah’s Witnesses Teaching of John 1:1 is Right or Wrong.

The correct translation of John 1:1 tells us in the: Berean Literal Bible

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The first and obvious mistake in the modern translations of John 1:1 is what my good teacher and Professor, Bible scholar taught me Sir Anthony Buzzard.

Notice how the Word has been ''CAPITALISED'' deceiving many into believing the WORD is a second person in John 1:1.

Most good Bible scholars and students know how the Greek New Testament translations were written in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS with no spaces and probably no punctuation's.

Making the (Word) into CAPITAL LETTERS, is deceiving us into thinking there is a second person in John 1:1.

The next and obvious fact is that John 1:1 to 1:5 is not referring to Jesus, but to GOD the Father alone.

This is seen by simply going back to Genesis 1.

The Creation

(John 1:1–5; Hebrews 11:1–3)

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

2 Now the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.

3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 And God saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness He called “night.”

And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

So as we read in the (word) of GOD, John 1:1 is referring to GOD the Father 's (word) in Genesis 1.

And this is confirmed in Psalm 33:6:

By Yahweh’s (word,) the heavens were made; all their army by the breath of his mouth. World English Bible.

Notice how Jesus tells us how the (word) comes from the mouth of GOD: But answering He said, "It has been written: 'The man shall live not by bread alone, but by every word coming out of the mouth of God.'" Matthew 4:4.

Did you also see how there is NO SECOND PERSON in Genesis 1, or in Psalm 33:6.

In fact there is never, ever a SECOND PERSON throughout the whole old testament who is said to also be involved in the creation of the world.

We only ever read throughout the whole old testament about ONE PERSON ALONE, who is Yahweh alone, the One True GOD alone, and The Father of creation alone.

Never, ever, is there a second, or third person mentioned being involved in the creation of the world.

Next Biblical fact?

GOD The Father and the SON, always say how GOD The Father was the creator alone.

Example:

Isaiah 44:24 tells us how Yahweh GOD created all things ALONE, BY HIMSELF: Yahweh, who makes all things; who ALONE stretches out the heavens; who spreads out the earth BY MYSELF.

It's also worth noting, if Jesus were truly GOD, or that Jesus was WITH GOD at creation, that would even ''contradict'' Jesus own teachings when Jesus prayed to His Father saying He is the Only One True GOD and creator alone on His own, as we read in many verses like John 17:3, Mark 12:29, Matthew 19:4.

Notice how Jesus does not mention Himself being WITH GOD and involved in doing the creating!

We do NOT read, (WE), or (US), but we INSTEAD read Jesus saying (THE ONE), defining GOD the Father alone!

So as we see, the most popular belief which most Christians believe in, is that John 1:1 to 1-5 is Jesus, and has to be wrong.

Next fact!

If Jesus was WITH GOD in the BEGINNING, that wrong understanding would simply and clearly be ''contradicting'' the whole Bibles teachings.

As we have seen, as far as I am concerned, Bible ''contradictions'' prove we are deceived or not understanding the true Word of GOD, which explains why false faiths have countless ''contradictions'' against the Word of GOD, who also clearly ''contradict'' their own faith.

My Conclusion:

Jesus is referred to as “God” twice for sure, others are called God or gods, including, angels, and even glorified members of the Church.

However, Jesus is never ever called: The One True GOD.

And John 1:1 to 5 is not about a second person, but is about GOD The Father and His spoken word.

This all concludes how the translations of The Jehovah’s Witnesses of John 1, is wrong.

I believe the Greek translation of John 1:1 is correct, except the Word should not be a CAPITAL LETTER, because John 1:1 is simply referring to GOD's (word) in Genesis 1, His statement, speech, divine utterance, plan, power, authority, of GOD, expressing Yahweh’s thoughts, action, message, purpose and will, spoken by the breath of Yahweh’s mouth, which is why John tells us: and the word was with God, and the word was God, as confirmed in Psalm 33:6.

As most of Christianity are wrong by adding in a second person Jesus into John 1, so are The Jehovah’s Witnesses wrong by adding in a second person Jesus into John 1.

But just in case you do not already know, I have saved the best until last.

There are countless older translations that prove most of Christianity are using and reading the false modern translations of John 1: 3 to 5.

The truth is seen in how this SHOCKING deceptions of John 1: is seen in the MODERN Bible translations.

This is because of the correct older Bible translations that are seen and confirmed by people like William Tyndale, martyred for his efforts to get the Bible to the public.

His translation reads:

“In the beginnynge was the worde, and the worde was with God, and the worde was god. The same was in the beginnynge with god. All thinges were made by it, and without it, was made nothinge that was made. In it was lyfe, and the lyfe was the lyght of men, and the lyght shyneth in the darcknes but the darcknes comprehended it not” (William Tyndale, The New Testament, 1534).

What we instead see is how there are Trinitarian biased Bible translators who have wrongly translated John 1:1 to John 1:5.

And there is absolutely NO teachings what so ever throughout the whole Bible saying or teaching Michael the Angel, or GOD, or a Pre-existing Jesus, changed, by being reincarnated from being a Spirit being, or Michael the Angel, or GOD, into the baby Jesus.

In fact the beginning of all four Gospels, Matthew, Mark, and Luke, tell us how Jesus came into existence in the womb of the woman, and Jesus becoming flesh as The Word 👉of👈 GOD in John 1:14.

Notice how Jesus is called The Word 👉(OF) 👈 The GOD, and NOT THE GOD.

Revelation 19:13 

and having been clothed with a garment having been dipped in blood. And His name is called 

The Word 👉OF👈 God.

John is defining the difference of Jesus, 

and the difference of GOD, by telling us Jesus is:  

The Word 👉OF👈 God.

Notice how Jesus is NOT called 👉(GOD) 👈 The WORD, or (GOD the SON),

but instead: The Word 👉OF👈 God.

As John 1:1 correctly tells us 👉The word was GOD👈 this proves John 1:1 is NOT referring to Jesus as (a God), but instead is referring to the 👉 BEGINNING of  Yahweh’s spoken word in Genesis 1, as (The One True GOD) Himself ALONE, on His OWN!

The absolute truth is:

We never, ever, read (WE) or (US) or (THEY) or (BOTH) or (TOGETHER) or (a God), or (GODS) or (THROUGH a God) or (THROUGH the SON) or (The Father and the SON) or the (GOD HEAD) or the (TRINITY) or a (TRIAD GOD) created the heavens and spread out the earth ⛔.

Believe me, confessing I was wrong and deceived was like being hit with a Club hammer.

At that time I was not aware how that terrible SHOCK would knock new sense into my head.

Where most Christians are today, I was there, deceived, into ''misunderstanding'' John's first verse in the opening chapter of the Gospel of John, in the New Testament of the Christian Bible. 

But thanks be to GOD, who made good out of the bad, by sending me hundreds of comments, which I once refused to believe and understand.

After hundreds of arguments and debates, this lead me the right way to open my heart, study and pray.

If we only open our minds, and let the truth soak in, which we should always strive for.

If we don't hear what others have to say, how will we ever know if we were right or wrong in anyway.

GOD and our Christ already knew how pride was a human problem, that never went away, which is why they always ask: do you have eyes to see and ears to hear?

For me, I took peoples comments seriously, by returning to the pages of the Bible, digging deeper for true knowledge and correct understanding.

The word of GOD often warns us to beware of false teachers and false Christ's from Jesus time, breading like rabbits even more today.

2. Always do our research first.

Its not just striving to get to the end, its also how we start at the beginning.

Because all false religions don't investigate first, and so just as a criminal they will be in trouble at the end.

Doing our research first, is what makes a perfect start, which is like building solid foundations, that doesn't take us back to the start.

Similarly, as building a house, not preparing right in the beginning, is preparing for disaster in the end.

Time is always against us, because we get older, our hearts grow like wax.

Jesus talked about having good foundations, but if we don't have the truth, we have nothing to build good foundations with.

Good foundations is knowing and obeying The One True GOD, and yet so many say they know him, but have no clue what His greatest commandments say, and do not obey.

Do you know a Trinitarian who has ever done any research on how their TRINITY faith was established?

Put what I say to the test, and try this, ask a Trinitarian did Jesus and His disciples ever say anything about GOD being three persons?

Well, I did recently with an old Trinitarian Bible teacher and friend, and you will discover as I did how they always scratch their heads, having no clue about the establishment of their own faith.

And yet the establishment of the Trinity faith is well documented in history, just as Jesus said, seek and we will find, and yet I have not found a single Trinitarian who knows anything about when or how The One True God became three persons, who are three separate beings, who are each God, making three God's, and yet are still ONE GOD called the Trinity.

Trinitarians will often say we cant fully understand GOD and the Trinity, and how their faith is a mystery and like water, steam and ice, three things.

But the word of GOD says GOD is NOT a GOD of confusion, and yet how about this for double dutch and confusion within the Trinity faith.

According to the Trinity faith, GOD is the SON.

The Father is not the SON.

How is that possible, if GOD is the Son, and yet the same person who is "GOD the Father' is not the Son!

Help! Help!

Have I gone mad?

The God in the Trinity certainly is a God of confusion.

On the other hand, maybe joining a false faith is part of our Christian walk, by encouraging us to keep seeking out for the One True GOD and His One True Christ, because at least we have taken the first step in the right direction, by leaving the faith of evolution, to now discovering there is indeed a GOD.

Jeremiah 29:13 and Matthew 7:7 tells us if we seek out GOD and Christ we will find them.

However, as Revelation 12:9 tells us: that ancient serpent called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world.

It seems obvious with the devil on the earth deceiving the whole world, we should not be careless by believing we know it all and have everything right.

The serious and fearful words in Revelation 12:9 should force us to seek out our faith with fear and trembling Philippians 2:12, by leaving the first step, and climbing the ladder to get to the top, therefore overcoming the devil's terrible deceptions, and receiving the everlasting prize and calling of the One True GOD through the One True Christ.

3. The problem with all false Religions.

This shocking truth is the same with all false religions, they never research first, what they are to become, and so often in most cases trapping themselves in a false religion.

4.Becoming humble and swallowing our pride.

For me, I feel blessed and continually thank GOD, I was able to swallow my own pride, as I always was hungry for the truth, and fearful of being deceived, and dreaded being separated forever from our Heavenly Father and coming prince of peace and brother.

Sadly for most, once people are in a false religion, they are not willing to humble themselves, and swallow their own pride, and come to the side of truth, and accept they were wrong, especially, Vicar's, pastors, teachers, and preachers.

For me it was not instant in accepting the truth, and as I said, this was actually very painful to believe I was wrong and deceived.

I did take over 2 years of praying, researching, debating and reading articles, and often talking to a great Bible Scholar, which all helped me to swallow my pride and finally admit I was wrong and deceived.

5. When we humble ourselves before GOD, we will see our life change.

Since that great and terrible struggle of accepting the truth, my life started to change dramatically, as well as my marriage, finances, and attitude, including my love and desire to help my friends and neighbours, with an increasing love for our Heavenly Father and Brother Jesus.

I believe when we admit to GOD we were wrong and deceived, we are pleasing and proving to GOD we have a humble heart, and we do know how GOD rightly hates pride, and maybe that's one of the reasons why GOD allows false teachers to exist, by using false teachers to humble us when we are wrong.

Is my wisdom a coincidence?

I now feel so much wiser in my thinking and abilities, my knowledge and understanding seems to have gone through the roof, as if I have taken steroids, and had a new brain transplant, as my wife often now says to me, what has happened to you?

I say, yes I agree, its not me, but maybe the wisdom of GOD coming through our brother Jesus.

6. There is less time, but still time.

The good news is, yes time is running out fast, and we can all see, even unbelievers say how this world is now dying fast, which reveals how GOD is no longer saving this old world, but thank GOD for His love and patience not desiring any to perish, but for all to come to repentance, the knowledge of truth, and be saved.

Its still not to late for anyone to discover the truth, which is better late then never!

7. Bible Contradictions, should raise a red flag.

I learnt that If Jesus were truly GOD, or an angel, that false understanding actually ''contradicts'' everything GOD the Father and His Christ, and His prophets and disciples have said and taught throughout the whole Bible.

When we truly understand the truth of GOD's word, we see the astounding reliability of how the teachings of the Bible fit's together like a jigsaw puzzle, proving the Holy Bible truly is inspired by The One True Almighty GOD, which also exposes the false faiths.
