2500 year old clay figurines of Dinosaurs found. CLAY FIGURINES OF DINOSAURS FOUND. In 1945 archaeologist discovered clay figurines of Dinosaurs. Radiocarbon and thermo luminescent testing proved them to be made in (800 BC - 200 AD) the problem here is most people believe that dinosaurs have been extinct for the past 65 million years and were only discovered in the last 200 years. So how did Native Americans know about dinosaurs thousands of years ago and make theses perfect ancient Ceramic clay figurines of Dinosaurs? Could it be because Dinosaurs lived with man only a few 1000 years ago and not 65 million years?
