There was a time when they were not sure if The Boston Strangler committed all of the different murders in the city that looked as though they were done by the same person. As in all of such cases, DETAILS OF THE CRIME WERE NOT RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC. When the Boston Strangler was interrogated by the FBI, He was able to give them details of the crime scene that only someone who was there could possibly know. HE KNEW DETAILS OF THE CRIME NOT RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC. Later when DNA became more sophisticated it was confirmed again that way as well.
A line of questioning might go something like this.
What color was the dress did she had on?
What position was the body in?
What was she holding in her hand?
What color was the carpeting in the living room?
What kind of books or magazines were on the bed?
What kind of cigarettes did she smoke?
Some of these questions are "trick questions" As in a question such as "What was she holding in her hand?"
Which assumes she was holding something when in fact she was not holding anything, if the witness can also confirm that, they know they have a credible witness.
Boston Stranger was able to accurately answer these types of questions and knew details of the crime scene that only a person that was there could know. In that time they did not have DNA. It is another way one can be certain of something beyond a reasonable doubt. They will go on with this for hours so they can be certain the person confessing is indeed the right person. Sometimes the Police are not convinced the person who is confessing is actually the person who committed the crime, so they will question the suspect using a number of different tactics to get to the truth. Since they claim to have done the crime they should know details of the crime scene.
Shroud of Turin Example:
Shroud is being questioned by the FBI
FBI ASKS: What position was the body in when buried?
SHROUD REPLIES: Knees were raised because rigor mortis set in and hands were not crossed over the heart as normally would be done. (That was not written in the Gospel account)
Sometimes the Police will even release false info to the public about the crime scene and if a credible witness is questioned they can correct the error. They may release into like this, for example:
Suspect was shot with a 22 caliber handgun, when in fact it was a 9mm
POLICE: So you shot her with the 22 caliber gun?
SUSPECT: No, it was a 9mm
BINGO! We have a credible witness.
SHROUD OF TURIN EXAMPLE:
FBI ASKS: So Jesus was buried in plain weave linen?
SHROUD TESTIMONY: No, it was a herringbone weave Joseph bought.
If one is making up a B.S. story it will not work. THEY MUST KNOW SOME OR MOST OF THE DETAILS OF THE CRIME. This is a way of determining if the testimony of a person is credible or not. THEY KNOW THE DETAILS. THAT IS THE KEY WORD HERE, DETAILS... The Shroud of Turin KNOWS DETAILS OF THE CRIME COMMITTED TO JESUS THAT WERE NOT RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC, NOT IN THE GOSPEL ACCOUNT.
One of the most common words you will hear anyone say when making a presentation on the Shroud of Turin is DETAIL
SHROUD IMAGE IS VERY DETAILED provides a lot of info.....Hmmm, very interesting.
For Example the Shroud knows the names of the plants growing around the area at time of the murder, did a better job at recording details than any human being ever could.
Spirit of God, like the Police DID NOT RELEASE DETAILS OF THE CRIME TO THE PUBLIC, MEANING THE GOSPEL ACCOUNT
The Gospel account is in fact a very vague account of events, without much detail, as you would see in a write up in a newspaper about a murder. What is written in the papers or covered in the media about a murder, will not disclose the details or like I said may release false info. What is written in the Gospel account does not include the details of the crime/death and burial of Jesus.
SHROUD KNOWS THE DETAILS OF THE CRIME AND THE BURIAL. FORENSIC EVIDENCE MATCHES SCRIPTURE AND THEN GOES BEYOND AND DISCLOSES THE DETAILS OF THE CRIME DETAILS ONLY SOMEONE WHO WAS AT THE CRIME SCENE COULD POSSIBLY KNOW. SHROUD IS AN INCREDIBLE WITNESS, ROCK SOLID AND POWERFUL. KNOWS THINGS ONLY SOMEONE WHO WAS AT THE CRIME SCENE COULD POSSIBLY KNOW!
For starters, knows that plain weave white linen was not used as would normally be used in Jewish burial. That was info not released to the public. It states only Joseph purchased fine linen, it does not say what kind of linen. Shroud tells us what kind of linen Joseph purchased, Herringbone weave.
THE SHROUD KNOWS DETAILS OF THE CRIME SCENE... THESE ARE ALL THINGS NOT RECORDED IN THE GOSPEL ACCOUNT THAT THE SHROUD KNOWS
This is not my any means a complete list. . This is a list of 28 details of the crime committed to Jesus that was not released to the public that the Shroud knows that no other image in the world depicts in the same way. I could add many, many more.
1.Knows what part of beard section was removed
2. Knows what kind of plant was used to make crown of thorns
3.Knows what kind of weapon was used to make scourge wounds
4.Knows the width of a Roman hasta, spear, that made side wound
5.Knows many of the different plants growing at the time of the murder
6.Knows how long Jesus was in the tomb (between 48 and 72 hours) Knows his stomach became swelled due to gas formation 2-3 days after death
7. Knows that the nail wound went into wrist not into the palms
8. Knows how tall Jesus was
9. Knows Jesus had long hair and was put in a pony tail at burial
10. Knows that Jesus was buried nude
11. Knows how many scourge wounds were applied
12 Knows Jesus was scourged by 2 people, one taller than the other
13.Knows which parts of his face were beaten
14. Knows that one of his eyes (right side) was swollen shut
15.Knows one of his feet made complete impression on the linen, Knows Jesus was buried with his knees raised and body not lying flat
16.Knows that when a nail is driven into wrist thumb moves inward
17. Knows that blood stains will form serum contraction rings
18. Knows that side wound will flow vertically and then horizontally across lower back
19. Knows Jesus was scourged on nearly every square inch of his body
20. Knows one knee is more damaged than the other
21. Knows the name of a rare calcite found in tombs around Damascus Gate and knows the feet, knee and the tip of the nose of Jesus made contact with it.
22. Knows Jesus had type AB blood
23. Knows blood of Jesus had elevated levels of bilirubin
24. Knows that the nose of Jesus was abraded/broken
25. Knows how much Jesus weighed (appx 175 lbs)
26. Knows the exact angle/ position of the arms while Jesus on cross at death.
27.Knows plain weave linen was not used in the burial
28.Knows the width and length of nearly every part of the anatomy of Jesus, accurate to the millimeter.
Bottom Line. SHROUD WAS THERE, AT THE CRIME SCENE. SHROUD KNOWS THE DETAILS! Shroud is a witness. That is main purpose of the Shroud. To give testimony to the truth. Just like Jesus did. Shroud of Turin gives testimony to the truth. The Shroud being so close to Jesus rubbed off on him and he became like him. They both became TRUTH TELLERS! And they are both still being crucified over and over again by the people of the world for telling That Truth.

PART 2.
SHROUD OF TURIN KNOWS DETAILS OF A CRIME ONLY SOMEONE PRESENT AT THE CRIME SCENE COULD KNOW
The only reason DNA evidence is so compelling is because there are so many numerical match points that it makes it possible to calculate odds of probability and chance with greater accuracy. Based upon the sequence of events The Man in The Shroud underwent and all the forensic evidence that matches the Gospel account of Jesus, the odds and probability and chance the Shroud did not make contact with Jesus is one in several billion at the least. 1 in a 282 billion is a conservative estimate. Knowing this It is very easy to make decision and be certain beyond a reasonable doubt Man in the Shroud is Jesus, note I said reasonable. Most people are not reasonable, a sad fact of the people of this day and age.
The Shroud of Turin case file requires looking at all the evidence and making numerical match points and then calculating the odds of probability and chance there are coincidental matches. This same process used to calculate odds of probability and chance when examining DNA evidence. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE! NONE WHAT SO EVER! NONE! A NUMERICAL MATCH POINT IS A NUMERICAL MATCH POINT!
Anyone stating, and I mean anyone offering a theory the Shroud is not authentic is either
1. Ignorant of the facts of the case file
2. Something else is going on, that is usually racial bias.
This is known as CONTEMPT PRIOR TO INVESTIGATION.
Any other alternative theory explanation stating The Shroud is manmade is literally attempting to offer you a ride on a freight train straight into crazy town.
It is possible if you stepped outside where you live or looked out your window, a flock of dodo birds could fly by. It is possible. It is also possible the Shroud is a manmade image; it falls within the same genre of possibility of yourself sticking your head out a window and being struck in the head with space debris while witnessing a flock of dodo birds going by. This is where the skeptics of the Shroud are taking people, into an insane asylum.
WAKE UP PEOPLE, SHROUD OF TURIN IS AUTHENTIC!
What is extremely significant in the Shroud case file is that THE SHROUD KNOWS DETAILS OF THE CRIME NOT RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC.
THE SHROUD OF TURIN KNOWS THINGS ONLY A PERSON WHO WAS AT THE CRIME SCENE WOULD KNOW.
I am not using caps because I am angry. But it is a very important that I make my points clear. I will briefly go over some of these points.Ever see a forensic files episode when they question a suspect and the suspect unknowingly gives a detail of the crime scene?
SUSPECT TELLS POLICE: I am not the one who strangled her to death.
POLICE RESPOND: We never said she was strangled.
How do you know she was? Were you there?
(The face of the suspect then turns as white as a ghost, oops)
It is a common tactic used in all murder cases. Details of the crime are not released to the public, so that when a witness comes forward and tells their story, the police will compare the story with the forensic evidence that only they know. The information they purposely withheld from the public. If the witness can explain the details of the crime, they know they have a credible witness who was very likely at the crime scene or spoke to someone who was. This was done with the Boston Strangler who knew details of the crime when he confessed. There was at a time they were not sure they had the right man. This is a way to be sure the witness is credible. THEY MUST KNOW THE DETAILS OF THE CRIME.
DETAILS, is the key word here. When a suspect is telling a BS story the police will ask them details of what happened
SUSPECT TELLS POLICE : I was at a restaurant when he was killed
POLICE ASK: What did you order? What songs were playing at the restaurant while you were eating and not committing the murder? Which table did you sit at? How many chairs were around that table? Did the restaurant have a flat screen TV? What was playing on the TV?
SUSPECT TELLS POLICE: I was at home alone watching TV at the time of the crime
POLICE ASK: What show did you watch? Did you have anything to eat while watching TV? What did you have to eat? Did anyone call you during this time? Did you make any phone calls during this time? What clothes were you wearing at the time?
If a suspect is lying and making up a story, they will get caught in the lie if questioned by a good detective. For starters they cannot give a detailed account of what happened and their story changes when questioned multiple times.
SHROUD WITNESS NEVER CHANGES HIS STORY AND GIVES US AN EXTREMELY DETAILED ACCOUNT OF EVENTS.
YES, THE SHROUD GIVES US A VERY DETAILED ACCOUNT OF WHAT HAPPENED TO JESUS.
IT IS NOT JUST SAYING, JESUS WAS SCOURGED, THE SHROUD TELLS US EXACTLY HOW MANY TIMES HE WAS SCOURGED AND WHERE.
SHROUD KNOWS DETAILS OF THE CRIME, NOT RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC, NOT WRITTEN IN THE GOSPEL ACCOUNT.
The Spirit of God like the Police had information about the crime/ the execution of Jesus hidden from the public and did not want it included in the Gospel account, instead wanted his other rock solid witness, The Shroud to explain the details and expand upon what was written in the Gospel accounts.
THE SHROUD IS A WITNESS. A ROCK SOLID WITNESS, SHROUD IS INCABABLE OF LYING OR BEING DECPETIVE, SIMPLY STATES FACTS AND OFFERS DETAILED EVENTS THAT OCCURERED TO THE PERSON WHO MADE CONTACT WITH THE CLOTH.
EXAMPLES
1. SERUM RETRACTION RINGS. Under Ultra Violet Fluorescent Photography, almost all the blood (scientific research has proven that it is human blood) shows a serum retraction ring of albumin around the solid parts of the blood, typical for post-mortem blood. (Nearly 400 blood stains) (This is the 1st clue that lets us know Man in the Shroud was dead)
Does it say in the Gospel of John, "and serum contractions rings were visible around the side wound made by the Roman Hasta and the blood and water that flowed horizontally from the side wound then went across his lower back in a vertical direction"
The Shroud tells us the side was pierced like John said and then goes further into the details of what happened. It expands upon what is written in the Gospel account, in a way no other image of Jesus had ever done before or since.
Forensic evidence agrees with scripture and then goes further and fills in the gaps.
Shroud tells us WHAT REALLY HAPPENED, not the flowery B.S. version we see from the artists over the centuries.
Can anyone imagine someone saying while creating The Shroud Image,
“Let’s put serum contraction rings around the 400 blood stains, even though we don't know what serum contraction rings are”
Need more be said.
2. Scourge Wounds
Does it say in scripture? "And Jesus was scourged over his entire body” or “it was an extremely savage and brutal beating he took" “his entire body was covered in scourge stripes”
No, it does not say that. In scripture it merely states he was scourged, it does not say exactly where, it is very vague. It does say, and the plowers plowed on my back, and another I gave my back to those who struck me.
The Bible implies that the scourge wounds were focused on his back.
The Bible does imply that his wounds were severe such as “his image was marred/disfigured more than any man” but it is not specific.
The Shroud tells a more complete story. It tells us how he was marred and disfigured, exactly how, Scourge wounds over his entire body for one.
If this was a manmade deal, scourge wounds would have been focused on his back side as it is written in the Bible.
No other image of Jesus in history depicts him as being scourged over his entire body and then illustrates that.
Only someone present at the crime scene would know the scourging was more serious than most people think or would know exactly how to place them and the length of each scourge wound.
The Shroud also tells us 2 people were involved in the scourging. One was taller than the other.
Nowhere in scripture does it say "Jesus was scourged by 2 people, one taller than the other"
SHROUD KNOWS DETAILS OF THE CRIME COMMITTED AGAINST JESUS.
INFORMATION NOT RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC. NOT PRESENT IN ANY OTHER IMAGE OF JESUS.
3. RIGOR MORTISRigor mortis begins with the eyelids, neck, and jaw. Teeth are visible on Shroud image, jaw is locked into a fixed position. Evidence the body was in state of rigor mortis.
Does it say in scripture, "The body of Jesus was stiff and he was buried with his knees raised"
Forensic Evidence on shroud clearly makes it known body of Jesus was in rigor mortis.One Foot makes a complete impression from one heel to other end of foot on the linen, meaning his knees were in an upper position when laid on the cloth. There is no smearing of blood because the body was in a fixed position, static, not moving as in DEAD. More evidence that supports a dead body made contact with the Shroud.
Only someone who was at the crime scene would know details like that.
Shroud knows….Why? Because The Shroud was there at the CRIME SCENE!
After 2–3 days after a body dies discoloration appears on the skin of the abdomen and the abdomen begins to swell due to gas formation.
Abdomen is discolored and swelled on the man in the Shroud.
Forensic evidence says The Man in The Shroud was dead between 48 and 72 hours when image was formed.
The Shroud is telling us what happened to Jesus, detailed information that no person could possibly know as in the stomach swelled and discolored. That was 2 to 3 days after he died!
Who could possibly know such details? They could not! Unless they were present at the CRIME SCENE AND WERE ACTUALLY INSIDE THE TOMB WATCHING JESUS AND LOOKING AT HIS STOMACH?!
Can anyone imagine one saying? “Don’t forget to discolor and swell the stomach, we want this to look like he has been dead for 48 to 72 hours even though we don’t even know that occurs when a body has been dead for 48 to 72 hours”
4. Right Eye Swollen Shut, Right side more swollen than the left side.
Middle beard section is missing as well as fibers from the right and left, more on the right side than the left.
Scripture: “I gave my back to those who struck me and my cheeks to those who plucked out the beard”
Shroud expands upon what is written in scripture and gives us more details.
THE SHROUD GIVES US INFORMATION NOT RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC THAT ONLY SOMEONE AT THE CRIME SCENE WOULD KNOW!
5. Cap of thorns not a crown of thorns.
There are 30 puncture wounds around the head in all different places, not a circular crown as was always falsely done in flowery B.S. version done by artists, where it looks like being crucified is no big deal.
Shroud knows what really happened, Shroud is a witness, Shroud tells us how incredibly hard this person suffered, in every detail.
6. Hair in Pony Tail
Where does it say in scripture Jesus was buried with his hair in a ponytail?
Nowhere! Only someone at the burial would know that. John did not write about it. Jesus has never been depicted with his hair in a ponytail at burial, only on the Shroud of Turin
Why does the Shroud know? The Shroud was there, THAT IS HOW!
7. Nail wound in wrist
It does not say in scripture, "and the soldiers pounded nails into his wrists, not in his palms"
All manmade images of Jesus show nail wound in palms
Shroud knows what really happened, again not the flowery B.S versions done by artists that look like being scourged and crucified was no big deal.
8. Jesus is tall?
Where does it say Jesus was abnormally tall? Nowhere.
Shroud knows how tall Jesus was.
It is often said by skeptics, "people in 1st century were not that tall"
Why then depict Jesus in a way that would immediately make one think it was not authentic?
In scripture it says Jesus was a carpenter. Man in The Shroud has the build of a carpenter.
Shroud expands upon what is written in the Bible and gives us more details, it tells us he was approximately 5’ 11 175lbs.
Details not released to the public.
9. Jesus is Nude?!
Where does it say Jesus was buried nude? Not in the Gospel!
Only that "for my clothing they cast lots" The Bible implies he was nude but it does not say it out right.
Shroud lets us know he was buried nude. No other man made image depicts Jesus this way. Front and back side.
Only someone at the burial would know that. Shroud knows.
Why? Because The Shroud was there with Jesus, His “Silent Witness”
10. Gundelia tournefortii pollens on Sudarium and Shroud
Shroud tells us what kind of plant was used to make the CAP of thorns.
Only someone who was at the crime scene would know what kind of plant was used to make the crown of thorns. Shroud knows.
That info was not released to the public. It does not say in scripture, “The Roman soldiers constructed a cap of thorns from a thistle plant called “Gundelia tournefortii”
11. Nose is Abraded/Broken
Where does it say in scripture that the nose of Jesus was abraded/broken?
IT DOES NOT SAY THAT!
Only that he gave his back to those who struck and his cheeks to those who plucked out the beard, and that he was stuck in the face while being questioned, and he fell and another had to carry the cross for him. (Simon of Cyrene)
Looks like Simon Brown is now helping Jesus carry that cross! Thanks Simon!
It is implied that the nose may have been injured, but it does not outright say it. The Shroud tells us what happened to Jesus exactly.
There are very few, if any images of Jesus portraying him with a broken nose. Nose is made of cartilage, so it is not a bone.
Not a bone on him shall be broken.
No evidence of any bones broken on the Man in the Shroud.
One shoulder on the Man in The Shroud is lower than the other, nose is broken,
THESE ARE DETAILS OF THE CRIME COMMITTED AGAINST JESUS NOT RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC!
WHY DOES THE SHROUD KNOW? BECAUSE THE SHROUD WRAPPED A PERSON NAMED JESUS WHO UNDERWENT THE SEQUENCE OF EVENTS DESCRIBED IN THE GOSPEL ACCOUNT AND EXPANDS UPON IT AND FINISHES THE STORY.
12. Rare Calcite on nose area of Shroud and nose area of Sudarium
The Shroud tells Jesus made violent contact with the ground outside the Damascus Gate.
This rare calcite was observed on the heel area, on the knees and on the tip of the nose! Both on Shroud and Sudarium! One knee is more damaged than the other on The Shroud.
This rare calcite found on the knee, face and heel and on the Sudarium of Oviedo can only be found in the tombs around the Damascus Gate. Not present in any other part of the world or in Palestine.
Only someone who was at the crime scene would know the face of Jesus hit the ground, where does it say in scripture, “Jesus fell and his face made contact with the ground”
It does not say that, only that he needed help in carrying the cross.
SUSPECT TELLS POLICE: “I did not break his nose”
POLICE RESPOND: “We never said his nose was broken” “How do you know his nose was broken? Were you at the crime scene?!
(Face of suspect goes white as a ghost and starts to stutter)
Shroud knows details of the crime committed to Jesus not released to the public.
Knows the name of the rare calcite and where it made contact with Jesus exactly.
Knows the nose of Jesus was broken, knows the rare calcite made contact with his kness and on the feet and made contact with the head cloth that was applied to him while he was dead on the cross. During this time, Joseph of Arimathea is going to Pilate “to beg” permission to get the body of Jesus.
Scripture also says “and Joseph bought fine linen”
The Shroud tells us the exact dimensions of that fine linen and what kind of weave it was.
It does NOT say in scripture “And Joseph bought a piece of fine linen, herringbone weave pattern, 8 X 2 Cubits and wrapped the body of Jesus in it”
But we know this, in order to wrap the body of Jesus in a “fine linen” it must be a long cloth of high quality, but the details are not included.
The Shroud tells us exactly what Joseph of Arimathea purchased, the dimensions of the cloth and the weave pattern. No other image of Jesus is depicted on a piece of fabric that is 8 X 2 Cubits showing both the front and back side of Jesus.
The Shroud is often called a fake, a fake of what? There was no role model to use that existed in that time in order to make a replica. Shroud is original, the only total inversion image on linen ever seen in the History of the Earth. Making a total inversion involves use of light, you figure out the rest.
The Spirit of God left the Shroud behind so the complete story could be told. What was not recorded in the Gospel account was recorded on the Shroud of Turin
THIS WAS DONE PURPOSELY!
SPIRIT OF GOD WITHELD DETAILS OF THE CRIME AND PREVENTED THEM FROM BEING RECORDED IN THE GOSPELS ACCOUNT. HIS CORRABORATING WITNESS IS THE SHROUD OF TURIN. THAT ALSO HELPS US REGAIN OUR FAITH IN THE WORD OF GOD.
We all know the Spirit of God is immaculate in his work. The combination of scripture/The Bible and The Shroud together, tell the complete story.
An immaculate story.
Let’s all face it; the Gospel account is a little vague.
The Spirit of God planned all this from the beginning. What is in the Gospel account is what he wanted. Spirit of God purposefully left out DETAILS OF THE CRIME SCENE, So, His other witness, THE SHROUD could fills in the gaps and tells us more of the story. DETAILS OF THE CRIME COMMITTED AGAINST JESUS OF NAZARETH.
Spirit of God always uses more than 1 witness.
1. Gospel Account
2. Shroud
3. Sudarium
4. The Empty tomb is a witness in a way.
1. What the Shroud does not say, The Bible does say.
2. What the Bible does not say, The Shroud says.
3. Together a complete understanding of what happened to Jesus can be known.
The Shroud tells us a horrific story, an extremely brutal hard core sacrifice.
A story of a beating, scourging, mocking, crucification, death and resurrection.
SHROUD OF TURIN IS A SILENT WITNESS TO ONE OF THE MOST HORRIFIC CRIMES EVER COMMITTED ON THIS EARTH, BUT THE STORY DOES NOT END THERE.
IT IS AN ONGOING STORY BECAUSE THE PERSON WRAPPED IN THE SHROUD IS NOT DEAD BUT RETURNING SOON.
