	Until recently my religious status could best be described as "skeptic". In all honesty, I simply wasnt sure. However, over the last couple of years, after a lot of soul searching, a lot of contemplatingand quite a bit of research, I've seen more and more evidence of the existence of God. What information I've gathered pertaining to The End Times and the Second Coming of Christ, coupled with what I've learned about our government as of late, I'm convinced that the final days are upon us. And I'm thoroughly terrified. I am currently unemployed and have no money. So, if you would, any information or literature you could donate would be put to use and would deeply be appreciated. 	Hi What an interesting article on circumcision. I did some digging of my own: Home/Jewish Facility performed by a Mohel-Often called a "bris" or "holistic circumcision", this procedure takes about 15-30 seconds. The foreskin is separated from the glans, often using the Mogen clamp, and then a single cut with a scalpel is used to remove the foreskin. The parents hold the baby during the procedure. Afterwards, the mother is encouraged to nurse within the first minute following the procedure. This procedure is usually performed on or shortly after the 8th day from birth when clotting factors in the babies blood are at their highest levels. 	Mr. Brown: Recently through PayPal, I ordered your Hell/Hades dvd, and you sent the packet which included the thanatology and Sodom/Gomorrah dvds, too. Last night, I tried all 4 dvd's in my player, and received an error message telling me to remove the disk because "Playback may not be available on this disk." There is nothing wrong with my dvd player, as I watch Hollywood movies continuously on it without any problems. Also, your box jacket says the Hell/Hades dvd is Multi-region worldwide, so that shouldn't be the source of this problem either. Please inform me if you've seen this problem before, and how to resolve it. Could something be wrong with the mass reproduction of these disks at your facility? Can I receive replacements if these can't be made to work properly. Otherwise, I may have to challenge the PayPal charge, because the product doesn't perform as required. I was really looking forward to watching the principal dvd in this packet, and was disappointed when I encountered this problem. Mark    Hi Simon With study we find this scripture is in the context of Chanukah, not Christmas or Easter, and the light / lamp (menorah) represents the word of God, or scriptures . Lamps were put around the temple courtyard at Chanukah and as Jerusalem was on a hill the light could be seen for many miles – Just an interesting thought. It is great that you mention Col. 2:16-17. You will see that Paul is saying that the ‘Seven Feasts of the Lord’ (food, drink, new moons & Sabbaths 2 Chron 8:13 / Neh. 10:33 / Eze 46:3) – Passover etc. – are shadows, whilst the Messiah is the real substance of what they all represent. i.e. HE was the Passover lamb, HIS was the body and blood, HE was the resurrection, HE was the first fruits etc., how wonderful it is for those who believe that they can see the plan of salvation, & Judgement, in these seven feasts. Of course, Paul was clearly in support of the Feasts as he said in Acts 18:21 & 1 Cor. 5:8 and these letters were written decades after the Messiahs death. Clearly he is telling the Corinthian believers not to be cheated out of their reward by following false teachings, but rather to keep properly and with sincerity what they had been taught regarding the feasts of the lord; and not the pagan feasts and false teachings which Daniel told us (600 yrs. before) would appear with the legs of Iron / Iron and clay . food for much thought – excuse the pun. Later, in 1978, the song became an even bigger hit when a cover version was released by the German disco-group Boney M. In Luke chapter 1 we read concerning the conception of John the Baptist as coming soon after John’s father had finished his course in the temple: There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia…….And it came to pass, that while he executed the priest’s office before God in the order of his course…And after those days his wife Elisabeth conceived… The course of Abia (Abijah) was the 8th course of the priestly courses (times of service). This would correspond to the 10th week of the year during the month of Sivan or May/June. Placing the birth of John 40 weeks later somewhere around 15th Nissan (Passover). We are told, in Luke chapter 1 that: in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God….To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary…. This being the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, the month of Kislev (somewhere around the feast of Chanukkah) when Mary would conceive. Nine months later Mary would give birth to her firstborn son, Jesus, during the month of Tishri (September/October) during the feast of Sukkot (The feast of Tabernacles). (Colossians chapter 1) Man will live for ever more because of Crucifixion day and, more precisely: God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. LAURENCE  I assure you that your statement "ONLY UNBELIEVERS REMOVE JESUS FROM CHRISTMAS" is not true, many people are struggling to find the truth in scripture and trying to serve our God the way our God wants to be served and not simply follow the traditions of men just because we were born into them. I was so proud (in the LORD) when I was with a bunch of "Christmas keepers" at a Christmas dinner and I got to tell them all about how the star of Bethlehem began on the feast of trumpets, being the trumpet announcement of his birth and that he was born on the 1st day (a sabbath) of the feast of tabernacles and then that he was circumsized on the 8th day feast (another sabbath) which then lines up with his conception during the feast of Hanukkah the feast of lights, and that the star of Bethlehem did a retrograde loop and appeared to stand still over Bethlehem when the Magi came during the feast of Jewish gift giving again Hanukkah in 2 BC. Our Jewish messiah fulfilling the feasts of the LORD which Paul tells us are shadow pictures of good things to come (not one shadow picture in christmas or easter for that matter). The feasts of the LORD are all prophetic and are God's very plan of redemption. When we recognize that the little horn (papacy) from Daniel 7 is the very one that took us away from God's feast days and got us to incorporate pagan festivals into christianity (verse 25 amplified "And he shall speak words against the Most High [God] and shall wear out the saints of the Most High and think to change the time [of sacred feasts and holy days] and the law) I think we need to consider these things. Can we just toss out the old testament when Paul says in 1Cor10:11 "These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the culmination of the ages has come" So let's take this example: Deut 12:30-31 "be careful not to be ensnared by inquiring about their gods, saying, “How do these nations serve their gods? We will do the same. And then Bow Down a second time to remove them? They were placed there in anticipation of returning on Sunday morning to finish the burial preparations. That is most likely why there were no spices found and why the sides were not imaged. I also notice that the image on the shroud shows a man with long hair which would indicate that if the image is of a Jew, then the man would have had to have been a Nazarite as only Nazarites had long hair. Most people that I meet who have heard of the shroud reject it, and would still reject the Gospel if it was proven to be true. As Abraham told the rich man in hell, "Even if one were to rise from the dead they would still not believe." The Sanhedrim knew that Jesus had fulfilled all the prophecies concerning Messiah, they knew He was the Son of God yet they still crucified Him! Christ had thousands of followers yet in one day all deserted Him except for the 12. Faith in relics cannot save. The Romanized Church has peddled relics for centuries. I've witnessed first hand the pilgrims flocking to shrines to see and touch them. Recently the relics of one of the "incorruptibles" were on show in the local Catholic cathedral. These relics are also believed to be evidence for God. The way you spoke in your email a person could be forgiven for thinking that I was a dangerous heretic, that I was promoting some form of false doctrine. You don't believe that do you? I believe that the power of God unto salvation is found in the preaching of the gospel, and that the proof of the resurrection is found by all those that call upon the name of the Lord in repentance and humility. I reviewed the materials available from the research allowed by the Vatican in the last 30 years on the Shroud, and I’m afraid my mind has not changed regarding the results indicating a medieval fake, albeit a very good one considering the understanding, technology and materials available at the time. However, there is a deeper reason to believe that the Lord would not have been interested in such a thing to have been preserved and that has to do with the nature of the Shroud as an icon of faith. Jesus said to Thomas, “You believe because you have seen. But blessed are those who believe yet have not seen.” Why would the Lord have uttered such a thing if one could believe by seeing the Shroud? Or any physical relic for that matter? As to the argument that it strengthens the faith, I would say that the best it could do is strengthen the mind. But faith is a matter of the spirit in man, not the mind. Actual physical evidence of anything that God has done is remarkably absent, especially when you consider that such evidence should be abundant for a God who wants to reach us. Why would this be so? It seems contradictory. But the answer becomes clear when you read that “God is Spirit and those who worship must worship Him in Spirit and in Reality.” Man was made in three parts: a body, a soul, and a spirit. The body is for interacting with the physical world. The soul (the origin of the word for soul is the same word for physiological. Our human soul is our mind, emotion and will) is for interacting with the physiological world and the spirit is for interacting with the spiritual world. Physical evidence calms and reassures the soul of man without reaching his human spirit for why does a man hope for what he already sees? But man seeks an easier way of believing through the soul. We want to see the evidence but the time is better spent on our knees. Regarding actual Bible discoveries, I am very interested in each new find. Just not in endowing a find with supernatural abilities. For example, if somehow the Holy Grail was unearthed, it would be an incredible find. But I would expect it to be a 1st century ordinary cup of unremarkable design indistinguishable from any other in use in that day, especially considering that it was part of the collection of dinnerware that came with the rental for the room they were using, quite different from the golden challises in use in Catholic services. The Shroud shows a handsome looking man. But Isaiah says, “…his appearance was as a dry root out of the ground that none should desire him.” There were many “shrouds,” as well as hundreds of other relics, in various churches throughout all of Europe in those days, all vying for regional acclaim along with the increase of business that was generated by the influx of adoring pilgrims. But this type of idol worship is the same as when the king had the bronze serpent destroyed because Israel had began to worship it. The action of destroying the bronze serpent clearly shows the God’s intent toward such things. In fact, there is only one item, if somehow it is ever actually recovered, that can claim any legitimacy to such reverence, and that object is the Ark of the Covenant. But even then, such legitimacy would have been valid only before the death of Christ, because it was a picture and type of Christ. Now that the body is seen, the shadow fades away and I would no more fall before the Ark than any other idol, including the Shroud of Turin even if it were the actual burial shroud of Christ. There are many things we want to be true. But the cross of Christ is just not showy and glamorous as would be convenient to our soul. The working of the element of the cross, through our human spirit, eliminates such tastes for leeks and garlic. The experience of the cross is foundational to our transformation into His same image from glory to glory even as by the Spirit. This will enable the person and the account to be linked, lowering the possibility of fraud and misidentification. Another Chinese story from the same time period as the story of Hou and Chang states that an enormous ship appeared on the sea at night with brilliant lights which were extinguished during the day. Chang Ngo’s Moon exploration report was accurate. Apollo 11 astronauts found the Moon desolate with a glass-like soil - and parts of it even paved with pieces of glass. Most of the Moon, at any given time, is in the throes of extreme cold. It plunges to minus 250 degrees Fahrenheit at midnight. It would seem the rise of UFO activity is in co-relation with this. Bless you for your endeavours. More Christians need to be aware of this and the demonic aspect of it and I pray God's blessing on the production and that the Lord brings you the right people to put together a video to impact many lives both Christian and non-Christian. I personally haven't experienced UFOs, but have read and seen a lot of footage recently on it. There was a programme on about a month ago (channel 5 I think) about abductees from England and one man called Simon Parkes who claims to have seen his children with the alien being, and is abducted regularly (his mum was into weird stuff which opened the door for Simon into this demonic realm). It will be a big end time deception as most people may not recognise them as the demons/ fallen angels of Genesis 6.
